My Home Physio Team began when two physiotherapists who shared a similar dream and passion met in Alice Springs, Central Australia in 2018.
Today, we have provided mobile physiotherapy services across Australia and Internationally. This Includes remote indigenous communities in the Northern Territory and the Pacific Island of Vanuatu.
We have a broad range of experience working in the NDIS with children and adults as well as Aged Care.
We believe that every human has the right to access a quality healthcare service.
Our Values are Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Advocacy.
Every decision we make is built on Honesty and Transparency.
We continue to take professional development courses in order to deliver the best evidence-based service.
We work closely with a multidisciplinary team from Doctors to Support Coordinators (NDIS) to ensure patients get the necessary treatment and supports.
We voice our patients concerns with key stakeholders such as the NDIS.

In the past few years I have been providing physiotherapy services in a variety of settings including regional and remote Australia. This includes Alice Springs, Mutitjulu and Hermannsburg. I have had a wide variety of experience in implementing physiotherapy programs for paediatric, neurological, cardio-respiratory and orthopaedic clients. I have experience in treating participants with Cerebral Palsy, Brain injury, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Chronic Disease management and other conditions.
We work closely with support coordinators, and local area coordinators (NDIS) to deliver physiotherapy services for participants (physiotherapy Central Coast). We write detailed reports aligned with the International Classification Framework developed by the WHO.
We provide Home physiotherapy services through the transitional care program- which delivers 12 weeks of intensive physiotherapy for patients recently discharged from hospitals. We also provide home physiotherapy to NDIS participants. Our Physiotherapy assistants help us carry out the physiotherapy program.
We help seniors stay active and mobile in nursing homes (physiotherapy central coast). We also provided falls prevention programs, exercise therapy classes, and manual handling training to staff. We also provide Home Care Packages for Physiotherapy. In addition we see NDIS participants within the Aged Care setting.
We understand that some may not be able to speak to a health professional for a number of reasons. If you have access to a computer, tablet, or smart phone then you will be able to speak to us. This saves time and travel so we can efficiently address your needs.
A referral for a chronic disease management plan from your GP can give you access to 5 physiotherapy sessions.
DVA clients can gain access to up to 12 session per year.
